We will take care of all the administration, compliance and marketing involved in initially taking on a tenant so that you don’t have to worry about it. Of course, at Vaboda we always ensure the tenants have a happy experience with their new home too, so if there are any improvements which need to be made to your property our property checklist will help you identify them. If you need help with remedial work, we can help with that too.

Managed
Our medium level of service is actually pretty comprehensive. As well as finding the best tenant for your property, we will also take care of all regular property management and tenant liaison. This means that you can step away from the frontline and relax. We’ll look after the main tasks like collection of rent, inspecting the property, tenant queries and legal compliance. If there is anything that needs your attention we will let you know. We want all our properties we feature on Vaboda to provide a great tenant experience which, as well as making them happy, allows us to be picky about finding the best tenants for your property. So if there is any area in which we think the property needs attention, we will work with you to identify and remedy it, using our free property checklist.

Fully-controlled
In our most comprehensive service, we will guarantee you a no-void rental income over a five-year contract. We will manage the property keeping it in good condition before, during and after each tenancy. This includes all aspects of property maintenance except structural issues and a new boiler, at which point we would consult back to you. Rather than charging an agency fee and then going backwards and forwards for work authorisations and adding extra charges as and when jobs are done, we’ll agree a complete package deal with you. It will cover the guaranteed rent for you and the cost of care and management for your property. It is a more efficient way of managing your property with less hassle to you.
