We are two brothers from Bristol
We both have varied and lengthy experience in the Bristol property market: as tenants; through our businesses (one of us runs a cleaning company and the other is a painter decorator); and as landlords ourselves. It really does mean we have seen the best and the worst of property in Bristol, and more importantly the impact it has on people.
When you rent property, and it is not in good condition, it can take over your life. Your home should be a sanctuary, a safe, comfortable place where you can relax, entertain and rest. So if the heating goes down or there is a problem with the electrics, getting the issue fixed promptly is essential to your comfort and well-being. Sadly this does not always happen.
If you are landlord you have your own set of concerns: making sure the finances stack up, ensuring the property is legally compliant and keeping it looked after. Most landlords have good intentions, but keeping on top of it all can be a struggle. We wanted to make a positive change for everyone. And with our experience and skills we had the ability to make that happen.
